Delivery Policy

Any purchase over HKD$300 can get free delivery (only in Hong Kong); Delivery service is not provided on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Under normal circumstances, Pharmason Company Limited will deliver the ordered products to the destination within three to four working days (starting from the day following the order date). In exceptional circumstances (such as annual inventory), delivery may be delayed.

The above shipping time are estimated time and are for reference only. The delivery time may be delayed, suspended or rescheduled due to actual conditions such as traffic, region, weather, customer receiving time and other factors.
In case of any dispute, Pharmason Company Limited reserves the right of final decision.
