Q: I have forgotten my password - what should I do?
A: If you've forgotten your password, please click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the login page. Upon entering the correct email address and captcha, a "forgot password" email will be sent to your contact email address for a password reset.
Q: I have forgotten my username - what should I do?
A: Your username can be your email address or SAP account ID. If you've forgotten your SAP account ID, please check it on your invoice/delivery document/customer statement. If you're still having trouble with your username, call (+852) 2199 5652 or WhatsApp (+852) 5238 3138 and provide your account number.
Q: I have entered my username/password but it doesn't seem to be working?
A: Check the spelling of your username and password; passwords are case-sensitive. The username can be your email address or SAP account ID. Q: I no longer want to receive marketing emails, how do I stop them?
A: Please use your username and password to sign into your account. Once signed in, you will be able to change your marketing preferences in My Account – Newsletter Subscription.
