Q: Who will deliver my order?

A: Pharmason Company Limited is responsible for stock delivery. Medicines are stored at the correct temperature and under the right conditions during the delivery process.

Q: How long will my delivery take?

A: Product orders are processed through the online system (if stock is available), and you can expect to receive your stock within 3 to 4 working days. However, the delivery time also depends on the opening hours of clinics, hospitals, or associations.

Q: How much does delivery cost?

A: Unless otherwise stated, our prices are inclusive of delivery.

Q: What should I do if my order doesn't arrive on the expected delivery date?

A: We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
